Chuck Curry Quartet August 9th Performance

 

What a fun afternoon at the concert! It was such a lively show, with everyone singing along - and even whistling! - as the band played one wonderful song after another.

Chuck is definitely a performer, entertaining the crowd with both his singing and fantastic trumpet playing. Ioannis’ piano playing was absolutely magical, while Mike King outdid himself on the bass. And, as always, Gerry brought the whole performance together with his wonderful improv on the drums.

There was such a fun energy in the room from beginning to end. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this such a wonderful afternoon of music!
